The final piece of the Stable Mews jigsaw is completed
Copy linkWork began last year to restore the old stable block, which sits in the seven-acre site, close to the Roseland Peninsula. Stable Mews is the first phase of a multi million pound development programme at the village, with additional high specification apartments due to be released later in the year.
“3MS is delighted to have been chosen to work again with Retirement Villages to convert the stable block into three high specification properties. Our specialist team is proud to be delivering high quality retirement living properties for retirees in the area” said Mark Healy, managing director at 3MS, a Truro-based construction company.

Stable Mews – the latest phase of properties at Roseland Parc, our age exclusive retirement village in Tregony, Cornwall – are now available for viewing.
Although recent bad weather caused the postponement of our launch event, it didn’t stop our recent topping out ceremony to mark the completion of the conversion project.
Jim Doherty, Head of Production at Retirement Villages Group Ltd (RVG) was joined by Mark Healy, Managing Director at local construction company 3MS to mark this milestone in the construction programme. The directors attended the event to symbolically lay the final roof tile.
