No matter which of our communities you choose, the outcome of the Home Buying Service is the same - an offer is made on your current home and, if you accept, it will be purchased without the need to list on the open market.

How it works: Spring buys your home directly from you, saving you the time and stress of a traditional home sale and giving you the freedom to move to your new property when it suits you.
*Excludes properties in the Thrive Living collection.

How it works

After choosing your new property, you provide us with details of your existing home.

Valuations are obtained from a network of trusted estate agents.

An offer to purchase your home is made within 48 hours.

If you accept the offer, a free Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) survey is organised. If you choose not to accept there is nothing lost.

Once the survey is completed, the offer will be confirmed.

Your property is now ‘sold’ and solicitors instructed to proceed.

Monies are paid on completion.

Whilst this service makes selling your existing home as easy as possible, it also allows you the flexibility to set a completion date of your choice, eliminates risk and removes estate agent fees.

How it works

After choosing your new property (Thrive Living collection) get in touch with our sales team to start the process on 03301 628 005.

If your current home qualifies, we'll arrange up to three independent valuations with our trusted partners to confirm the best price.

Based on these valuations, we'll provide you with a conditional offer.

If you accept, our solicitors will start the legal conveyancing.

You’ll get £1,000 towards legal fees.

You can then set a completion date that suits your needs.

During your move, you’ll receive 14 hours of Senior Move Assistance to support you, plus £1,000 for removals.

On your chosen completion date, the funds will be transferred, and you can move in!
