Rent to Buy*

If you're ready to move but haven’t sold your current property yet, our Rent to Buy option is perfect. It allows you to move into your chosen property under a rental agreement and you’ll have up to two years to complete your purchase. This gives you the freedom to sell your home at your own pace or wait for the right market conditions or buyer. Plus, as an added bonus, we’ll give you six months’ rent free—so you don't have to wait!

Part buy, part rent*

Our Part Buy, Part Rent option offers flexibility by allowing you to purchase a share of the property while renting the remainder. This approach can free up equity for other opportunities—whether it's helping family, funding a dream adventure, or making a significant purchase. You’ll pay a monthly rental fee alongside associated costs, but your initial outlay will be significantly reduced.
