Coronavirus (COVID19) advice for visitors

Although COVID restrictions have been lifted across the UK we remain committed to keeping our residents, visitors and staff as safe as possible.

We are pleased therefore to reassure people that all activities associated with buying, selling or renting one of our properties are conducted in a COVID safe environment. This means we can offer by appointment appropriate and safe property viewings at all of our villages, as well as walk in appointments.

If you would like to book in advance, please use our online booking form or call our sales team to book an appointment at your chosen village before visiting.

Visitor Guidelines

Please take a moment to read our guidelines before your visit.

• If you are experiencing any symptoms of ill health including a cough, high temperature, loss of taste and/or smell or breathlessness please inform us immediately and postpone your appointment.
• Hand sanitiser will be readily available throughout the village and we ask that you continue to sanitise hands regularly while moving around our villages.
